"When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn."
— Harriet Beecher Stowe "Dreams must be fed a steady diet of love, committment and desire in order to grow into reality. Thinking we must "face the fact" that our dream is impossible is usually nothing more than the dream's way of letting us know it's hungry."

| New Frida Kahlo prints, up for grabs |
[Apr. 13th, 2007|09:00 pm] |
Here's a print I'm offering, of my very first Frida Kahlo painting I created and sold on eBay back in 2003. I used to do a lot of detail. The canvas was only 4 x 6 inches.

There's also another sweet Frida and Diego print being offered, from my latest watercolor. Here's a link if you'd like to see:

I've been wanting to work on some more celeb caricatures. I've done a few of celebs in the past, and many of my husband, which are pretty funny, but he wouldn't allow me to share with you. :)
So while watching the media circus that's Anna Nicole's funeral trial, I couldn't resist Howard K. Stern. I hope you like this:

"I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities." - Dr. Seuss
